Fox Chase Cancer Center was my client for six years. During that time, I wrote comprehensive web page copy for more than 20 cancer conditions, as well as patient guides for at least five conditions that focused primarily on blood cancers like leukemia.

Patient Guide: Leukemia

I wrote all content and graphics and supported design of comprehensive patient guides, including this one for leukemia. These guides required a high level of subject matter understanding through immersion in NCCN Patient Guidelines and interview sessions with multiple Fox Chase cancer specialists.

Cancer Conditions Web Page: Appendix Cancer

This is one example of the comprehensive web page copy I wrote for more than 20 cancer conditions, with child pages that included About, Diagnosis, Treatment pages for all treatment options, and often other applicable topics such as Screening or Evaluation. Again, I leaned heavily on my own research and deep familiarity with the NCCN Patient Guidelines to write interview questions for Fox Chase cancer specialists, conduct those interviews, and deliver relevant medical copy that was easy for patients to understand.
